We were pretty impressed with the wide selection of sharing platters and wholesome dishes offered in RE&S Christmas takeaway menu. You can definitely host a cosy Christmas party with these scrumptious canapés, heartwarming stews, and make merry with a lovely log cake and a bottle of sake!
Gammon Ham & Potato Salad
Our favourites were Festive Canapé Platter, Gammon Ham & Potato Salad and Yuzu Bûche De Noël. The sharing platter would please both seafood lovers and younger guests with the splendid combination of smoked salmon, teriyaki scallop, tamago with lobster salad and gammon ham with cheese. Gammon Ham & Potato Salad was a simple yet truly heartwarming appetiser, with healthy veggies and proteins to satisfy most palates!
Yuzu Bûche De Noël
We certainly enjoyed Yuzu Bûche De Noël which promised bursts of citrusy flavour from the yuzu-infused couverture crémeux layered on fluffy vanilla sponge, encased with torched meringue. For folks who are not fans of overly sweet cakes like us, this citrusy log cake would certainly be up your alley!
