Singapore's First Yuzu Pork Restaurant, Tonkatsu ENbiton, Opens At Vivo City

For those staying in the South of Singapore, you are definitely in for a treat! Singapore's first "Yuzu Pork" restaurant, Tonkatsu ENbiton (by the EN Group), has recently opened at VivoCity!

In case you are mistaken, yuzu pork is a type of meat hailing from pigs from Kagoshima, Japan, where they are raised on a special diet that includes locally cultivated yuzu. Hence, this pork is known to have a rich umami flavor, and comes with a tender meat packed with vitamin C, pectin, and citric.

Sink your teeth into the juicy and crispy Yuzu Rosu Katsu Set ($22) that comes with evenly coated tonkatsu, free-flow Japanese rice, and salad (cabbage and arugula).

They also offer other yuzu pork flavours like the Oroshi Yuzu Rosu Katsu Set ($24) and Miso Yuzu Rosu Katsu Set ($24).

For extra indulgence, try the award-winning Japanese A4/A5 grade Miyazaki beef, which you can cook over the hot stone for the perfect doneness of your choice!

Other menu includes Yuzu Hire Katsu Set ($23), Ebi Fry Set ($20), Seafood Charcoal Black Curry Set ($27), and more.
