New Multi-Concept Japanese Cafe That Also Serves As A Venue For Weddings And Events
There is a new multi-concept space, HAUS217, along Lavender Street that serves as a venue for weddings and events and turns into a minimalistic cafe with art installations on days without any occasion!
It is opened by the same founder behind Asylum Coffeehouse and Restaurant Absurdities, known for creating an immersive dining experience.
This luxurious space is inspired by the Japanese lifestyle, Wabi-Sabi, which is to embrace and appreciate the beauty in imperfection. It is designed with crafted stained wood, stones, textured walls and glass, and arches and curves along the passageways to create spaciousness and a sense of flow, which brings a tranquil and soothing ambience.
HAUS217 menu includes yummy bakes like Matcha Canele ($5), Vanilla Bean Donut ($5.50), Ondeh Ondeh Roll ($6.50), Pineapple Meringue Tart ($6.50), and more.
It also has a savoury menu that includes Bolognese ($16) and Fennel Meatballs ($18).
Let's not forget its beverage menu! They serve aromatic coffees like Iced White ($6.50) and Mocha ($6.50), and refreshing tea like Elderflower Black Tea Spritz (S$8)!
