The outlet-exclusive cherry blossom-infused additions for this Spring includes the Ohanami Sakura Cocktail ($7 per glass) made with premium Kyoho Umeshu from Fukuoka Prefecture, Ippudo’s hometown. This pinky sweet plum wine is served with a floating cherry blossom with a dust of festive pink sprinkles.

Next to try is the pillow-soft chewy Ohanami Sakura Umegaemochi, filled with sweet Azuki bean filling. It is a traditional Japanese rice cake dessert that originated in Fukuoka Prefecture. To give this dessert a lift, you can pair it with a pot of hot Sakura Green Tea infused with a whole of Sakura flowers. Sogui!

3) The Grand Lobby At Raffles Hotel Singapore

Cake lovers out there, you're in for a treat! Lady M, the pioneer of the well-loved Mille Crêpe, has revealed a seasonal special, the Sakura Berry Mille Crêpes ($9.50). It is a beautiful pastel pink cake layered with strawberry-infused pastry cream and Pink Sakura-flavoured white chocolate ganache and dehydrated strawberries to top off the cake.
